I have been using autsun.com for sometime now and am pretty happy with their service. I usually buy electronics & gadgets - mobiles, chargers etc. My experience in dealing with this service has been refreshing and extremely pleasant. If you are quality conscious, then you may not mind paying a bit extra for shipping costs - all packages delivered to me were sent by Blue Dart or TNT, not the cheapest services around but definitely the most reliable - after all, you would not want to receive a damaged item.
The other interesting thing about this service is that they can source products for you that are generally not available, e.g. in my case I needed a battery for my old PowerBook that was not available in shops or with my regular dealer. I raised a request with autsun and although it did take them about 2 weeks to source the product, eventually I did get it and saved me quite a lot of trouble! I love my old PowerBook.
Overall, I would highly recommend this service. So far, I have not had a bad experience with them. They regularly send email alerts regarding the status of my order and often they update me on the phone as well. If you have any doubt, just call their call center.
