Napster maybe dead but mp3 exchanging is still very much big business, Audiogalaxy is todays hottest site as far as mp3's go, its probably bigger than Napster and you are definitely missing out if you haven't heard of it yet.
Features
Auto-resuming: Never worry about resuming incomplete files. Once somebody comes online with the file you requested your partially downloaded file will automatically resume even if its not the original person you downloaded from.
Requesting offline files: If nobody is currently sharing the file you want, select it anyway because once somebody comes online with that file you will automatically start downloading it from them.
Bandwidth Reductions: Audiogalaxy servers automatically choose the closest person who has the file you want. This makes life easier for network admins at corporations, colleges, and ISPs by reducing external bandwidth usage.
Low profile: The Audiogalaxy Satellite is a small lightweight program that uses little CPU and memory.
Just 656kb gets you the whole world of music at the click of a mouse. I've been using this software for over 6 months now and it definitely works, and is fairly easy to use. Once you download the software, it automatically takes you through registration, to find a song click ''GO'' which opens the site on your browser, type in the name of the song and then click on the satellite icon next to the song you want to download which automatically gets downloaded whenever you are online, nothing could be simpler.
It does have some copy right restrictions but you can still find what you are looking for 95% of the time. I don't have any complaints so far.
