My aunt had it and we use it every time to make coffee. But is not very reliable as it got defective after using for 4-5 months.
It was quite easy to make coffee in it. Not much of guidance is needed. It is not very durable as it started to showing defects after using a lot.
Cleaning process was also quite complex and it was pretty tough to remove all the left outs from it. Need to be washed 2-3 times to make it back to neat and clean.
Style and design is very old. Service and support is also very poor and after it stopped working, it was difficult to find a place where it could be fixed.
