Athirapilly is a very famous Tourist location situated in Thrissur district of Kerala.
The falls is also famous for its beautiful surrounding with scenic greenery and wildlife.
Many south indian films have been shot here.
There are many beautiful resorts around this place.
One can reach there by Air from the nearest Cochin Airport and from Coimbatore its around 170 kms by road.
While hotels & resorts are very good in Athirapilly but the parking for visiting the falls are very poor.
One have to walk too long to park his vehicle(on road side only).
Overall the place is very beautiful. Its a must to visit place. Come with your family & friends and enjoy the beauty of this place.
