I purchased this smartphone of Asus from one of online store with one complete mobile protection plan , and within three months it has more problem as usually we think. In starting it has mic issue like another line holder can't heard clear voice, after that battery heating or easily drain after two months , and slow processing or full hanging with it's 6gb ram so that's it's 6gb look like 3gb of another, after that policy claiming of breakage of asus also so embarrassed feeling , it is fully or totally uncomfortable or so depressed minding phone by asus company, so please be aware to purchased this item.
