Once upon a time Asian Heart Hospital was a good hospital. When it was started it's initial years.
But now it's just a commercial money making house, having indirect license to finish people in the name of treatment.
No value for human life... Zindagi aur maut dono ke saude hotey hai...
Have been for months now, met various people taking treatment here, known their thoughts, their pain they went thru & of course my patient personal experience.
Firstly all people must be happy if their patient had some blockages or have done a bypass/ open heart here because Asian heart can do that easily taking lots of money.
I believe every person who has given 4-5 stars comes in this category. Simple operation & spending huge funds.
In fact, people are unaware if they do the same bypasses/open heart somewhere else surely their person would be healthy out & they themselves would be happy to save a lot of money, that in future they can do 3 or more bypass or surgery somewhere else.
Also, very few people are aware that after bypass & surgeries, few people again get admitted here as they either have developed some infection or their stitches have got septic & Just for 2-3 lakhs more, they get treatment again.
If the lucky home or again some complications & more funds.
So to start with people having done simple bypass & surgeries, you don't fall in the category of the seriousness which we are discussing down.

Now coming to overall experience everything that is seen, heard & felt.
This hospital is trapped. If you are critical you dare enter or u get exit directly in heaven may be coz you have passed thru hell here.
After reading all the comments on Google & elsewhere it seems every little unfit or with some complications, the patient suffers the same pattern & Dies.
Just put the important ones to avoid entering u to this door of the trap.
They have No ethics, Untrained ICU cheap cost nurses, Inadequate facilities & Insane doctors.
One nurse is allotted, 3-4 patients. No hygiene maintain they touch one patient without sanitizing they touch another, feed them, etc.. So the patient over here are mostly diagnosed with infection & some die too coz of infection.
ICU Nurses do not give medicines on time, nor your patient is handled properly inside.
Doctors do not visit patients.
Doctors Ignore the most important symptom of ur patient. Your patient goes to a lot of pain you complain, but it's all unheard & your Patient dies coz of this undone treatment.
Patient inside ICU is mishandled, even tortured & neglected.The patient almost dies in worry & isolation.
Most important procedures for what you pay for the great doctors are done by untrained - unprofessional nurses. ( Age 18-22 )
( Here your person is at high risk develops an infection or dies )
Your patient is your responsibility so you have to keep a check on everything of ur patient. Oxygen hai, ventilator hai, koi important tube nikal to nahi gaya, Nurses gave medicine on time, did they feed... Etc etc...
Because nurses ko yeh pata hi nahi nota ki patient ka koi tube nikal gaya nor they are bothered.
The nurses & doctors are so untrained & unprofessional that they hurt your patient in the name of the procedure leaving that wound untreated, you can't just imagine the pain patient goes thru.
Limited doctor faculty, so for any other need/ complications. they call doctors from outside but they don't call & your patient dies waiting for that undone treatment. Even the faculty doctors don't visit nor are bothered. They just want their fees.
No doctors meet the patient family members only when they pay huge bills, they come to know the doctor's name.
ICU 1-2-3-4 is handled by 4 untrained & careless doctors on rotational shifts, just imagine how they handle patients & sometimes the authority is passed to nurses.
You are not allowed to ask anything or you will be insulted & treated badly. You have no right to know about patient reports or meet any doctors.
Saturday - Sundays ICU is handled by untrained nurses. No doctors on duty.
Doctors are not even aware of the case history even if the patient is admitted for months nor there is a proper update between doctors themselves too.
Huge bills in the name of procedure poor patient become the victim of the so-called treatment & die due to complications & heavy medicines & injections.
Counseling is an illusion, mazak bana rakha hai .. patient & relatives ka...
You are book from 11 am till 3 pm u never know counseling hoga ya nahi...Saturday - Sundays they even don't counsel.
They won't answer your queries, just speak what they want to convey. They are not themselves aware & updated with patient latest reports & condition.
Many hidden charges, mental torture & insults are ur syllabus for the admission here.
The operation manager is useless. Billing staff lazy, Billing system is pathetic. Every person on & average pay 70k to 1 lakh daily but he has no right to question, itna Paisa kaha kharch hua hai ?
The panel of doctors inside the hospital gives business to each other by playing with patients life. Pathetic.
If your person has a surgery until night 1-2 you won't know what is the surgery time you just stay tense & awake till then. If you want to inform relatives let them also stay tense.
Until you deposit full amount, Operation doesn't take place even if it's decided. So pay full & remember the actual Amount is far more than the estimated cost. Everything & Everyone here is subject to change.
Note: Many people are unaware of the inside deaths. Post surgery death is common as pre-surgery death is hidden for money & the success rate ratio.
When they know the patient won't survive even after the operation. They operate to take 15-20 lakhs. Keep on doing some procedures on weak patient, again take 4-5 lakhs & then declare your patient dead.
The success ratio of some famous doctors is just for politicians & actors & Yes poor sponsored by some famous personalities.
The success ratio is definitely far less than patients dying ratio. ( It's heard every month on an average 3-5 people die) but this is not known to the general public.
They have their own marketing people in disguise who comes & praises hospital performance just to misguide you & keep you in for treatment.
When they are aware, Patient wants discharge or no more extraction of money can be done your person is at high risk ( not because of disease but due to ur questioning or fewer funds.) Result is on their mood.
When patients are less, the in-house patient is being made more serious for hospital ka kharcha - paani.
The worst part is they stop the medicines, once the money is not deposited by the end of the day.
In short,
People with little/more complications kept for months, no chance of rescue, huge bills, everyday new developing complications, negligence & mental torture to patients.
Blood loss, Kidney damage & dialysis, Chest Congestion & Extractions, liver damage & Multiple organ failure, Finally the end.
Most important, False death summary report has given Police procedure to release dead body, It's insane...

Do not dare to come here if your patient has some complications without proper reference.
Here status of patients soon changes to very critical from being unfit.

Patient life is precious, Everyday they are being played & you know very well.
Jitni behrehmi se aap ke yaha patients handle hotey hai utni behrehmi se toh koi kisi bejaan chiz ko bhi na handle kare.
The most worst thing, Log badi behrehmi aur dardnaak maut marte hai (Maybe coz death natural lagni chahiye mistake nahi)
If you are aware of all this, it's a shame. Be human, Khuda Se Dare, but if not which the chances are too less, Aansoo ki haai mat lijye.
Because with one person who dies with that entire family dies & you also ruin them, Tan, Mann, Dhan se.
Respect the profession Asian heart institute.

Please search for facts. Pass human rules, Punish doctors for Negligence. Do Justice.
