Nothing to say much but people who is head of department is absolutely non sense with some disorders like to torture employees anonymously and doing politics. Better avoid this employer if you expect good growth and life.Especially branding head is a nuisance for the company.
Better if the company avoid him, obviously everything will be in proper stream line and will become politics free environment.
