I have placed an order on Infravile.com( Order #100000221 /Invoice #100000065) on 13/7/2014. While placing the order I have punched my correct mobile number which is evident from the soft copy of the invoice received from M/s Infravile.com The consignment was handed over to Aramex on 14/7/2014 and they have kept on updating the fake tracking details .
For first 3 days i.e. 16th July /17th July /18th July they have updated stating Attempted Delivery - No One Home / Unable to Contact, SMS sent.
Interestingly I have given my office address so there is no question of No one home arise.On 19th July the update says Attempted Delivery - office closed / Unable to Contact, SMS sent. Our's is a call centre which run's 24x7 so again office closed is a fake update.
I have made a call to Infravile on Sunday Enquiring about the delivery & they said their logistic department is closed and will revert on Monday.
Since Monday onwards I as well as Infravile people have made several calls to Aramex and all along they have promised to get the shipment delivered same day.
Today they have once again submitted a fake update stating Attempted Delivery - Customer Not Available / Delivery Rescheduled. Whereas the fact of the matter is I did not move out of my office during last 2 days just waiting for the consignment to get delivered.
While they are claiming that they have sent SMS, I did not get even a single one and nor did I receive a call from their delivery boy. On checking with their call centre I found the last digit of my mobile number captured in their record was incorrect, which I can't believe as the complete process is automated and when the number captured on merchant's invoice is correct how can it changed at Aramex end?
I fail to understand why are the fudging the data on tracking. Is it just to show the operations are in green whereas the customers are suffering .
