Micromax funbook-purchase and shipment

I will never every trust any of the following companies again in my life.


Micromax


Ncarry


Aramex


It's a biggest mistake to order micromax funbook from their website, which they don't support later, as they say that it's Ncarry who is selling, even thought it is listed in their website.


. Hats off to micromax, once again proving to be a Chinese cheap company with a make up of impostor super model.


Next started the struggle with NCarry, even though they don't have products they started selling, I have put the order on 3rd April, and they don't have courtesy to intimate me that the product I am waiting for is not available till the delivery day, which is 10th April, finally after a lot of struggle they have shipped the product on 10th, that's what they say.


.Hats off to Ncarry, for trusting because of it's successful brother Nimbuzz, they are just bunch of illiterate people who try to cheat people.


Finally comes to Aramex, who has tie ups with Ncarry, and they let Ncarry generate Airwaybill(AWB) number even before they receive a product, which means it is not in transit. So, coming back to Ncarry shipping my product on 10th, it's actually generated the shipment number(AWB) on 10th and which will not reflect in Aramex website till 11th night, and the shipment actually taken by the aramex, on 12th April.


Now the Biggest struggle comes, Aramex, is the stupidest, meanest and the crudest service I have ever faced with in my life, even the speed post by land travel will get my product in my hand earlier than their Airway courier.


here is the scenario, my product is shipped from gurgaon, in the early morning 2.25AM on 12th, and still my package is in transit and it will possibly reach me tomorrow, that's 13th but I don't have any faith it will reach me tomorrow.


So all in all a deadly combination of vendors, left me frustrated for last 10days and still not bothered to improve or apology.


Especially Aramex, (please, check the attached pic), with my product lying in multiple storehouse, before reaching me is frustrating, especially it reached pune outskirts today, but it will only be shipped to me, probably with doubt, tomorrow (tathawade ware house to salunke vihar 28 KM, but they will dispactch thing only once in a day that to again another distribution center in shivaji nagar, there it will rest for another day before it reachs me)


-The last thing I am praying to god, before I loose my min, is to receive the product in tact, please, god bless me.


-note: I am giving one star because I can't give a zero star or negative star.


Every day global MNCs look at customer satisfaction, but Indian companies never bother about these things as, law enforcement will make the consumer to spare half his/her life to go after these companies with out any luck in most of the cases.

We deeply regret the inconvenience caused at your end , however please be informed that the shipment was handed over to us on 11.04.12, it takes a day to process the shipment and it was delivered on 14.04.12.
The transit time from Del - Pune is 48 hrs.
