Hey everyone, I am using this bike for almost 6 moths now and I have the best experience with this bike so called scotty in India.
I will start with the Pros of the bike:
So as I am using this bike for 6 months now the best part for me in this bike is the performance and handling.
talking about the performance at this price there is only 160cc scotty available in the market and as it is 160cc the performance here is awesome unlike any other scotty in the market they just cant beat its performance it goes more than 100kmph and I just can't feel it that I am this fast. It's performance is best in class for the scotty. The power they have given to this scotty is on different level.
Now talking about the handling, the handling of this scotty is very smooth and it's because of it's wheel size, you can't get this much big tires in any other scotty. So the handling here is so well balanced like you just can't get bored while riding it in long routes. And talking about the handling I have rode so many Scotties but their suspensions is not up to the mark. While riding in off condition roads in India we always feels uncomfortable while riding but this scotty is so well engineered that in off condition roads in India we do not feel any bumps or shocks while riding on off roads. The shock absorber is so nice that we don't feel uncomfortable while riding. I have taken this bike at so many places like traveling in ghats(Mountain Roads) it went up so easily that any other scotty can't perform like this, Went to the beach then to it handle very well without any wobble. I just enjoy the riding my Aprilia
The third best thing for me is the braking given in this scotty. They have give Anti-lock Braking System ABS. So the braking of this bike is so awesome like whenever I ride my bike I am tension free while braking. This bike gives me the confidence that even if I am fast I have full confidence on my brakes that it will not fail unlike any other scotty.
As it has big tyres so the ground clearance of the bike is more compare to another scotty and also because of big tyres so when I sit on the bike I feel like I am siting on some top of mountain. Its is because all the Scotties have same viewing angle this is like one floor up, so while riding I have some different types of vibes.
So now coming to the CONS of the bike:
As we know nothing is perfect in this world so this bike have so sons too.
The first con is the sitting adjustment, the sit provided here is very small so as I am a slim guy I don't have any problem in siting when there is a pillion with me. but often my friends have complained me when they ride my bike as they are healthy not fat so two healthy people sitting at a time the pillion don't get enough of space to sit they often sit on the guard behind the sit.
The second one is the footer space, As I use a big size helmet so it is not possible to put it inside the boot space so I thought I can put on the footer space unlike any other scotty I used to keep but it's footer space is also so small that my helmet also can't fit in there. So I put the helmet on my mirror
The third one is Its has very small boot space. If you keep a helmet in it you cant put any other thing in it.
The forth is about the mileage, This scotty gave me hardly 30 to 40 kmpl mileage. But its ok for me because the performance and handling matters to me. And if the performance is high then it is obviously the mileage will be low.
This scotty also on the expensive side costing around 1.45L to 1.6L.
I am just concluding that this bike is for people who want performance and handling and not for any other who is deciding to do their house work or want best mileage and pocket friendly price.
