I have been an Apple user ever since Nokia got screwed up after their launch of N97 series. ( That was the last nokia I owned) Although I'm not using 5 right now but it still is with me as a reliable 2nd phone for my business usage.
I have spent 2 years with it and have used iOs 7 8 and 9 on it, iOS 9 being the best to date. People often think apple is hard to use and complicated but I found it exactly opposite.
The only complicated thing about apple is the file transfer to PC and back that process actually sucks. you cannot even choose a custom ringtone without a 30 minute effort and deep technical knowledge. Otherwise the iOS is really simple and intuitive to use. The app store's App choice & quality is also fantastic.
What I liked
• Earpods and Music Quality.
• Lags rarely, unlike android in which even the flagship phone's start to lag after 5-6 months.
• Good call quality.
• Sleek profile
• Beautiful hardware, probably the most beautiful apple phone to date.
• iOS is beautiful, intuitive, smooth and clean.
• Camera quality and features are good for the price.
• Apple makes Extremely durable hardware, I Still have an iPhone 4 which I bought in 2011 and it's battery still works and no other part has malfunctioned, In fact I have never visited Apple service center even after owning 5 Apple phone's to date.
What I did not like
• Battery life is Terrible, It will need at least 2-3 repeat charges per day if you are an intense user, even a normal user cannot get through a full day without charging again.
• No SD card slot, 16 GB entry storage is very small, and apple charges really high premium for the next storage option.
• Network reception is poor and 3G is effected when your hand is placed on left side of phone.
But overall, it was a satisfactory 2 year experience with the device.
