Last week I had the situation to visit this hospital to consult a surgeon for a surgery which was very emergency. First time we are going there .
I have heard a lot about this hospital including that it is world famous and very great. So with great hopes we went there. But on reaching there only I was shocked to see the arrangement in that world class hospital.
At the entrance itself it was so crowded that there was no way to get inside and no one had the courtesey to guide us where to park the car or how to proceed. Some staff answered something with total disinterest and as if we are some unwanted nuisance.
At that time the chairman of the hospital was leaving the premises in his big Rolls Royce car. Somehow we got inside and noone was interested in telling us when the doctor would be availabe. A few chairs were there and those who came late had to stand hours waiting for the doctor. I was fed up with the hostile atmosphere of the place and wanted to get back immediately. But waited till the Dr came who was for surpirse a nice person. But I never wanted to go to such a horrible place again where human beings were considered like robots and staff all are well dressed in uniforms and simply walking here and there and having a nice time but no one to care about the visitors. God willing I will never go there again.
