My issue of AO Smith Z1 water purifier has been resolved by the company. The top lid has been changed, the inner filter has been changed and the the a part of the outer filter has also been changed.


I sincerely thank the support staff of wecare@aosmithindia.com for solving my issue.


The product seems to be working fine till now, hope will work best in future.
