I am writing this review with extreme pain and suffering due to AO Smith service and product. Please don't purchase AO Smith products. After purchasing AO Smith RO water purifier every year we are getting some issue with its functioning. I am suffering a lot.
It is been 2 months since we raised service request for not functioning of the unit. The technician came and charged huge amount of 7000+ almost half the unit cost for service but didn't do it properly it is still leaking. Didn't even get invoice for the parts replaced. After raising service request the case was opened and technician arrived and charged 7k+ and replaced all parts but didn't do properly the machine is leaking and we came to know the service case itself is not registered. How the technician arrive? Big cheating is going on.
I have called them more than a 100 times to the Manager, to the service center, to the regional head for invoice and leakage issues. He said he will send technician more than 20 times but it's been 2 months nobody has come. Invoice I didn't get still for the service products replaced. Have a heart and brain stroke patient at home. After spending 7k for service we are getting water cans from outside for 2 months. It is leaking and unable to use. Didn't even get invoice for the amount spent. Fed up of calling and raising complaints.
We literally gave up. They even insisted we replace other parts as well thank God we didn't agree. They lie they cheat they don't do proper service they don't give invoice. They arrive upon service request and do the service but the service will not be registered and they charge you.
I contacted customer care, Regional Head, Manager, incharge, technician but no response. Everybody is involved hand and glove with this service fraud.
I am writing this review from Bangalore after extremely suffering due to AO Smith's service and product. I am alerting people in India to not buy AO Smith products. I literally have given up hope and about to dispose the product. The Manager is not even ashamed to tell me after 2 months he has still not sent technician to set right leakage problem and still not gave invoice.
After registering service request the service person comes and charges huge amount doesn't do the service properly and when we call back that the service is not done properly it is leaking and invoice not received, we called multiple times. They will say we will resolve but since 2 months no response. I lost my hard earned money. I have never experienced such worst customer service experience in my life. It is my first time in India I am seeing such kind of worst service. They talk to you rudely without shame after not even feeling ashamed of what kind of service and response they are giving.
After paying huge amount for service and product still the issue has not resolved nor invoice bill been received. Without shame they talk rudely and don't even regret for what they are doing.
No use of raising complaints in customer service. So we gave up.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM AO SMITH PRODUCTS IN INDIA.
