Worst fromany holiday company,i ruined my lifetime

Booking experience:


I have planned a Thailand family holiday(including parents, wife and brother) and it took at least 5 years to plan this holiday because of unavailability of time with all family members at one time.


When I send them query I was called by their agent and greeted with great hospitality, finalized plan and ask them to go ahead.


Before doing any booking I was asked to do100% payment(although it was in 2 installments) 30 days before the travel date.


When said I will pay remaining amount(which was almost 25% of the total) after some confirmation I was told by them straightforward that I need to deposit 100% before 30 days of leaving(and I received at least 6 extremely arrogant mails from their account department with 2 days).


When I made 100% advance payment and requested for documents I was told that I will be given travel documents 1 week before travelling(i have done so much travelling before but never faced such issue with any travel agent before). I was seriously afraid if I have made payment to worng people and I am not going to get any travel documents when all people gather for departure.


I received the documents 6 days before of departure(special mention for countless phone calls to antilog in between and everytime I was treated very badly by them).


Trip experience:


Our tickets were booked by thai airways(and that was the only good point of whole travel). They didn't inform me that meals were not included in Package(i was shocked to see when received travel internary).


I was told that each hotel they booked has indian restaurants and we can have Indian meals easily. But when we reached hotel we were unable to get anything vegetarian except breads and butter.


Hotel in Phuket was ok but with no vegetarian options but the hotel they booked in Bangkok was extremely third class with no restaurant and arrogant staff which was not ready to listen anything. Hotel staff told me that water bottles, tea bags and are not added in our package(even third class paharganj hotel near delhi railway station gives free water).


Hotel was very small with no proper ventilation.


Special mention: we have booked our trip in August which is off season and all hotels and flights offer heavy discounts still we had to face third class booking from Antilog and I traveled witg my wife last in in peak season with less price than this package from some other renowned company and they booked fabulous hotels and provided good hospitality l/assistance throughout travelling.


Advice: please spend 2-3 thousands extra and book your travel from anyone else than wasting your holidays in frustration.
