Unprofessional & Worst Behaviour towards customer. Review on Ankit Time Packers and Movers, Bangalore

I had to get few of my things such as crockery and clothes and other stuff from Banglore. I have registered with logisticmart and from there I got call from Ankit Time Packers and Movers.

Initially the person talked nicely and gave a quotation of Rs. 3000. I contacted them and sent the images as I need to get few things and asked to reduce the price. So, said including GST I need to pay Rs. 3000 and he did not mention any of the hidden charges. I paid token amount Rs. 500 to pick the things up.

I booked them the next day to pick from the location and their employees have started opening the boxes inappropriately that which were already packed. My friend stopped them to do so and then they wrapped all the items into 3 packages with a normal cover(NOT Bubble wrap).

I called him and asked why you need to open and see when all the things are packed properly. He said we need to check them as we are crossing the state border and talked so arrogantly that how do we know what you are sending in those packages and that's why we need to check and do bubble wrap.

I did not ask for packing again and he said bubble wrap we will do for safety puprose. But there was no bubble wrap, it was just a normal wrap and he charged 200 extra for that.

I said him that you said that everything is under Rs.3000 and why you charged this, then he said, I did not say so(In an arrogant voice), do you have any proof?

I said, Why would I make a proof? I have trusted you and you said me everything is for Rs. 3000, then he keep saying show me the proof! and he says humiliatingly to me that, "you don't know to talk in Hindi, you are taking 5min to speak 1 word and you are doing actions that I said you Rs. 3000 without any proof" and cut the call.

Are you kidding me? What kind of humiliation is this? I can speak Hindi well enough. Would he speak in English or my mother tongue if I ask him to speak?

But I did not mention that he keep saying that I'm acting. This is very bad behaviour.

Until next day he did even prepare consignment. When he did, he sent me an invoice, with

Packing charges Rs.200

+

Documentation Charges Rs. 175

The Gross Total was Rs. 3375

and 18% GST on this(Rs.607)

so the Net Total is Rs. Rs. 3982

I called him and asked, where did the documentation charges come from, he said it's for invoice.

For invoice, you charge Rs. 175?

With very bad behaviour and arrogant voice he started yelling at me and doesn't let me talk and said pay the amount if not I put the delivery on hold.

What is this? Is he there only for looting money from people?

Finally, I had to pay him all the amount.

When the items arrived Hyderabad after 2 days I see the people from Hyderabad also talk so arrogantly about making a schedule to deliver.

When I received the items finally, as I already lost hope from these people I had to open and check if everything is fine. When I checked the Gas stove glass is completely shattered and people here say that we just got them delivery hub to your location, so we cannot take responsibility.

Now, who is responsible for this?

I tried to call the Bangalore one and sent the image of stove. He did not respond at all.

Disgusting attitude of the person who is handling this and pass humiliating comments on customer is not acceptable.

I do not recommend Ankit Time Packers and Movers at all to any one. Please beware of such fraudulent service who just focus on looting money with hidden charges and inappropriate behaviour.
