Fraud by Mr.Rishbha Pathak (Angle broking). Review on Angel One

A few days ago my sub-broker Rishab Pathak SB tag - RISP(Rishabha Pathak) pinged me and offered me some of the account handling services for free on 29th April 2021, forcefully and on that note, I gave him the Account details of my Demat as I thought that he is an official of Angel broking(legit) on very first-day loss Rs 32226(including brokerage 6400Rs.) happened but I asked then also that why it happened so he clarified that he will recover that to me and not to worry and I called him so he said that because of analyst took the wrong call this happened, then Rishabh said that he'll trade in his mother's Account and will definitely give my loss amount approximately 32k and the brokerage amount back to me a few days ago when I forced him he gave me an amount of 2k rupees(so that I can at least clear debit) so I cannot speak anything against nor I can file a complaint against him but suddenly he is not receiving call make me lots of excuses.

I was stunned after knowing that the same thing has happened with lots of people so in the evening I read an article on mouthshut.com of one more client with username'kayak'(he is a doctor by profession and working in covid hospital from a review I got this) and after reading that article I came to know that he did it willingly so he can make brokerage for his and angel's pocket, here is the link https://m.mouthshut.com/review/Angel-Broking-review-toutqspqrto

After knowing all these facts I felt very bad and I am very frustrated now, all these factors made me mail me this complaint against the Fraud sub-broker of yours to see whether angel broking is going to help me out or not, otherwise, I have more platforms to file a complaint against Angel and Rishabha Pathak, I am now in a very bad condition both financially and mentally and I need my loss and brokerage amount back in my Demat account including the debit caused by Rishabha Pathak in my account I hope that angel broking has a good customer service and will definitely help me out of this.

I am depressed now. The name Rishbha Pathak ruined the angel broking prestige. In this pandemic situation, such people take angel broking name and loot for brokerage. Now, I am helpless and I cannot do anything. Anything that happened to me was the responsibility of Mr. Rishbha Pathak and Angel Broking.

Kindly reply to this mail ASAP so I can make sure that I will get my amount back just by informing Angel broking of this fraud happening to me and this will also cause damage to angel broking's goodwill.
