Hi, Guys I would like to inform about the
Shopkeeper selling the morning milk in the evening to the customers.
This happened twice so i am writing this review.
On 17th may evening I bought 2 Packets of Amul milk from Bideshwar General store.
The shopkeeper sold the morning milk to me
When we boiled the milk, milk turned sour.
Date on the packet should be 19 may
But the date on the packet was 18 may as it was delivered in the morning to his shop.
I have informed Amul customer support and written multiple emails to highlight this issue
support team they have replied .
" Dear consumer , Thanks for reaching Amul customer care we have updated your request to concerned person , so please wait. "
Received from Yash Mehta from Amul customer care.This was the last reply from Amul dated 21 may. Still no response from them in written and no one visited us to help.
When the number for senior level no answer bell just rings but no ok one picks the call.
So please tell me if you are not concern about your customers who have purchased from Amul, then why should we not try any other brand.
Please help
