Just read one of the comments related to amrutha institute that they charges money from people based on their economic level.
I had my father admitted there for treating diabetics and he had less blood circulation in his legs.so needed a surgery.
To the people who are thinking of going to amrutha, please re-think, unless you are so rich.
This is NOT AT ALL a service hospital, i think it's worst than many of private hospitals interms of charging you. They are too greedy.
They need to understand that all the people who takes a room there are NOT rich.In our case itself, we never knew that rooms were so expensive and also the patient had medical problems staying in ward or shared room.
Now I can tell you the charges. It's not mainly on the room charges, but on the extra amount they will take on surgeries based on your room.
semi private room(2 pepl sharing)-500/day
private-700
if you are in semiprivate and you do any surgery, you have to pay 25% extra on the surgery charges.(suppose you did a surgery costing you 1lakh, then you have to pay 1.25lakhs.).25k you have to give them FREE.
In private room this is 50% extra.
And if you are changing the room from semi private to private, you have to give 40% extra on all the services, surgeries you have taken when you were in semi-private.
Apart from charges the service is average. Also I felt like they were lagging the procedures by all ways.
DON'T TAKE A ROOM THERE IF YOU ARE GOING THERE.I will say avoid going to that hospital itself because seeing their bills the patient will get fainted and they will put some charges extra for treating that as well+"COMMISSION".
They are worst than many private money lending institutes interms of their greediness.
You will be bankrupted after your visit there. We have seen similar people having the same issues there in hospital.Everyone comes to this Hospital with much expectations, but all will be ruined once you are there.I think most of the people who visited once won't go again to there.
