I have been trying to contact Americanswan since past 4-5 days through phone. however, they say "all the customer care executives are busy, please hang up we will contact you back!" and no body ever contacts back!. I even sent them emails a number of times, every time I receive the same automated email from them. and there is no response to our queries.
I am afraid, I returned back some items as they were not the exact size I wanted. but they are not responding back nor do I see any refund done for those items. I am terribly worried! Hope they wont be eating up my money!. I had earlier purchased a number of clothes from them. but this terrible experience will keep me away from them in future!.
I understand these guys dont respond to the consumers they have cheated!. I have been cheated hard by the Americanswan. they have eaten up my money i.e. they have not refunded me for the items nor for the courier charges.
BEWARE YOU ALL! AMERICANSWAN has no customercare service to assist you!
