I was initially unsure about purchasing on AmericanSwan.com website as almost all reviewers had a bad experience. Still I went ahead and placed a COD order just to be on the safer side. Their exciting discount coupon was too tempting to avoid!:)
They took 5 days to deliver the products and they are exactly what I ordered. So I am having a satisfying experience for my shopping. I am in Delhi and the order was shipped from Gurgaon. One could say its bit delayed, but I am not complaining.
However, I contacted the next day after placing the order, and the executive told me that it will be shipped soon. I called again on 4th day, but the call disconnected itself due to'all executives are busy with other calls'. Maybe they put your number on the'reject list' just to avoid any direct confrontation with the aggrieved customer.
(Clarification: I called them only once on the 4th day and the call was disconnected itself. It could be a genuine disconnection too. I did not try to call them again.)
Conclusion: I am a satisfied customer as far as my first order on that website is concerned.
