I have purchased a luggage bag from American Tourister, from your Kolkata Lake Mall, Kiran Samsonite, 104, Rashbehari Avenue Shop no -210, American Tourister Store on 10.04.2022, Kam Monza Secure, 81Cm, with Rs 4800/- after MRP 12000/- Discount 60% sale person Mr Partho Sarkar, on 10th April I was just went to see the product, I informed him I will buy later after discussing with my family, but he said you can buy it now & within a week you can replace it. The only condition that it should not used.
So I purchased the luggage bag which use to showcase to customers without any queries or verification because as confirmed by Mr Partho Sarkar, it can be replaced.
After five days, on 15.04.2022, when I went there to exchange with small size luggage they said they can't refund the difference amount because as per their rules refund not possible even no were in invoice written or any communication was shared with me.
Once again they said the wheels are used, when I informed him that you have given me same products which are used to show customer & without any packed condition, not given me any fresh new product from your store which was seal open.
When I informed about how they misleading to customers with such incomplete information about sale return process and blackmail to customers to bound purchase another product higher price, Mr Partho Sarkar started blaming me & when I asked him I will mail about him, he said he is working 12 years sale person and have been seen 12 thousand customers like me.
Later I was bound to drainage my money to American Tourister Store to pay a higher value for a much lower price product & Chinese lock unwillingness to close this deal vide invoice no: - SC 136, date 15.04.2022, value 4892/- MRP 9936/- with additional payment & with final threatening gain will no replacement.
I was surprised to see how American Tourister company trained their cheaters salesperson to cheat customers by misleading.
I also have been informed when I asked them it's better to buy online instead of American Tourister company Store directly, your sales team informed him that online, military camp, or Big Bazaar product quality not up to the mark( quality difference) & also old & abouslated products which American Tourister company sales through another mode.
1) Does this way American Tourister company work?
2) Cheat to customers?
3) Blackmail to customer after buying American Tourister product?
4) Does American Tourister Robbery to customers & building their trademark?
5) Why should not I go for further action about my, robbery done by American Tourister company Store?
6) Why I should not complain against your sales Person who has openly challenged me about mail complain?
