One of the Worst Customer Service I have ever seen is AMEX C S. It was been always discussed in Management Meetings that AMEX has one of the Best C S.
I believe Not. I used AMEX Pay Back card for more than a Year and they cheated me in all aspects looking at my Sincere Transactions.
I was not availed with the discounts on Flipkart, Amazon & Snapdeal despite purchasing pretty good value.Rubbish AMEX. The C S told me you can close down the Card if you dont want to continue.
My humble request to you all is to promote Not to use Amex for they are a big Cheaters and dont have reputation
