The platinum card offers good rewards, and benefits for travel customers. The service at one point in time was very poor and laid back on behalf of the Amex team. I found if you pay back monthly on a one off purchase, till the payment is complete, then you are building a good history with the Amex family.
Customer Service is 24*7. Issues are resolved fast by taking prompt action
Overall if you are a business traveller or travelling on a personal basis I can't find fault with the services this card can bring
