Let me tell you complete story based on my recent consignments I have booked from Bangalore to Hisar(Haryana) and Bangalore to Fatehabad(Haryana). I booked door to door service for below goods:
Royal Enfield Classic 350(1 year old)
Activa
Washing Machine
Bicycle Btwin(2 months old)
3 Carton Box
1 Trolley Bag
These people charged me 23500 INR. Before doing the payment and book the consignments, I asked the person who attended me if we can do some insurance of bike, scooter and washing machine. The guy said for bike and scooter we are giving up to 30000 INR for each vehicle if there is any damage. And other than this you have your own insurance as well. So there is no need of that. I asked the guys will give this in written. He said while giving you the invoice I will write our firm name on one of the column which has been mentioned as Risk by. I have attached the invoice and highlighted the same in the attached picture of invoice as well. In the backend they have booked the consignment through SPOT ON logistics for which definitely I should not bother.
I was happily waiting for my stuff on the destination. And one fine day(Sep 29, 2020) I received a call from spot on guy to collect my stuff from the warehouse which is located in Hisar(Haryana). I told that guy he has to deliver the same at my given location as I have booked door to door service for which I have paid as well. But he said no it will not be deliverable, instead you have to collect from warehouse. I was shocked on this and called the guy in Ameer packers and movers and asked him to speak with those people. I went through the hell for 7 days and called multiple people in ameer packer and movers. Everyday they said it will be deliver today which was becoming never ending process for me. I was completely tired of calling these people. Everyday they used to give me diff numbers of spot on people and asked me to talk to them. Is this my responsibility to talk to them first of all? Still I went ahead and tried to reach them out. Every time I was asked for delivery addresses and forced me to send an email so that they will check on this. I have attached the screenshot of email as well with this review. But never received any response. But kept on calling multiple people including the owner. I received a call after 7 days and again they asked me the address for delivery. I told the address and in the evening I received my goods. Now the worst situation came in to my life and cursed myself to get this consignment booked from Ameer packers and movers. Scooter and washing machine they delivered through Autorickshaw in a worst condition which I could never imagine as well. Multiple scratched on activa. Multiple dents on washing machine. My RE bike's handle completely bent and not in even condition to ride. Multiple dents on petrol tank and other parts. My bicycle's chain got damage. I have attached all these pictures as well with this review. Also I sent all these picture to all the guys I was in touch from Ameer packers and movers & Spot on. And obviously I have not received any response from anyone. OI started doing the call for asking the claim which they promised of 30 k for each vehicle to reimburse as per the repair cost. But I never received any response. Instead these people told me not to call too much otherwise they will block me and not pick my call ever. And now is the situation when they failed with each and every promise. They failed in the their work. And this how they ruin my 23500 which I paid for delivery and around 40 k for damage. Is this the way of doing business? Is this the professionalism. These people are like what you guys can do to us. They are talking nicely initially and harsh work at the end. These people are sitting in the business just to loot people.
