I bought a product - Manvi Drying Rack - 2 Tiered With Cup And Utensil Holders. Sold by: MANVI TRADING COMPANY. This product was shipped to me on Apr 30, 2018, after which there was a 10 day return/replacement window.
First problem that I faced was in the installation of the product. since it was a dismantled piece I had to screw it up to install it. All that I wanted here was that at-least I should have received the installation guide or a pamphlet. But still I thought will let it go.
Second and the most important issue that I am facing now is that the product has started rusting. As per the product description, "This Utensil racks are made of high quality steel and Constructed with heavy duty and rust-resistant chromed wire for stability and durability.".so going by this, the product should not get rusted but unfortunately, only in one and a half month's time the product has started to rust and now Amazon is shrugging off their responsibility by saying that since the refund/replacement window is closed, there is nothing that can be done in this regard.
They also asked me to contact the seller. Their executive gave me the seller's phone number so I could talk to them but I would like to know in this regard,
Is Manvi trading co. selling me the product?
Did I place the order on Manvi trading Co's website?

I am a customer of amazon.in and Amazon should help me in this rather than shrugging off their responsibility by asking me to contact the seller directly.
