I trust amazon while ordering online products. I find customer service to the best. I believe Customer care is equipped with good software as when I share my order number they easily get to know abt my product, order date, dispatched date and status of my product. I purchased so many things from amazon in last one year.Out of which Alcohol detector was one which was not available on any other site. Though it is sourced from china bt they ensure to delivered product on time. I used Amazon website for all my orderes .reason bcoz I am comfortable on website than to a App. In terms of reliability I can trust on amazon due to their step by step status update messages by the time you receive your product.
