Almost everyone would have used Amazon India to get great deal and find hard to find items.
Have you ever wondered what happens when things don’t turn out right.
The horror story starts with you getting a damaged or wrong item. Usually if it were a returnable item you can simply return the item and get your money back or get a replacement. The fun starts if the seller report the return as buyer retiring item different from what was shipped.
Now the question arises how do we ship right item when you got wrong item!.
No one bothers to answer this question , they will say they will investigate, no report is provided and no call back is provided and if you persist and call back a hundred times you might get a refund.
Then one fine day you will get an email from off , don’t ask who they are , they say they are from buyer returns team , this email will block your account, you can’t buy anything anymore.
That’s ok , they can sell to who they want , but the idea that you are a cheat and so you are not allowed is very demeaning and irritating.
I asked them for details of investigation so that I can lodge a police complaint , but they did not respond
