The customer care ensures it's delivered at the next working day upon further delay full refund is given and customer gets the product for free. In addition to getting free delivery, one can watch free movies and TV shows as a prime member. The Amazon always customer feedback seriously, in terms of replacment of defective product, damaged during transit or being fleeced by the seller. I will always prefer Amazon over Flipkart or PayTM for their great customer centric approach, easy navigation and affordable rates.
