Amazon falsely accuses customers. Review on Amazon

Amazon is now falsely accusing their customers of wrongdoing in their reviews, and taking actions against the customers based on Amazon's false allegations! But there is no way for the innocent customers to receive justice: Amazon takes the actions against the customer by removing all of their reviews they ever wrote, and blocks their ability to ever write any again, based on Amazon's false accusation!

There is no trial, no jury, no judge, no attorney, just amazon again behaving badly.

Here are two of my reviews that Amazon claimed were not according to their guidelines: There are at least 7 other 5 star reviews I left for products that worked very well. But Amazon claims that my reviews are not according to their guidelines. A false accusation, b/c I have never done such a thing.

1. How do I know if someone is hacking into my account and altering my reviews?

2. How do I know if someone who works at Amazon is discriminating against me, by falsely accusing me, and causing all of this trouble when I have done nothing wrong?

Here are 2 reviews I wrote which they say is against their guidelines:

1. Best tacks for wall hanging "I am so glad I bought these, they are perfect for hanging things like tapestry or wall hangings to the wall, they go in so much easier than regular tacks, and come out much more easily. They are really sturdy, and the gold is decorative. I flattened I don't know how.many tacks trying to use regular tacks but these worked so much better."

2. Review for a table runner: "beautiful color and nice fabric just sewn wrong This table runner has a beautiful color and a nice sturdy burlap fabric that is hard to find. It would be great, except it is not sewn right on the seams, so you cannot iron it out properly, and it will not lay right. Sad b/c it is hard to find such nice colors."

Here is my review for Amazon which I am posting so people can be forewarned about how they might treat their customers.

I was a long time customer of Amazon, and Prime, and was happy with the service until.

1. I had someone hacking into my Amazon private wish list and making comments on the items I had placed on the wish list, like "has 1 needs 2" if I placed an item on my wish list that I had already purchased from Amazon b/c I liked it and it worked well and I wanted to remember it for future use. This went on unabated so I closed my account and opened a new one and it began happening again, no amount of speaking to customer service did any good. If an Amazon employee that works in their online services hates you, I guess they can harass you and make your online shopping experience more difficult. But if an outsider is hacking in, then Amazon does basically nothing to address the problem. I do not share my account info with anyone and have had these problems for years, it never being resolved by Amazon, otherwise shopping, shipping and returns etc. worked fine.

2. Next thing, I have been a good customer for years and write reviews, and do not disobey the guidelines, but lately due to a glitch in their review system, or someone hacking in, or possibly an enemy working at Amazon that I am unaware of, they sent me a notice my reviews are no longer accepted, and I had just written 6 or 7 five star reviews for sellers whose products worked very well.

So I wrote to the sellers individually to explain the problem and expressed my dismay as to why a seller should be deprived of a good review of their product, b/c Amazon is discriminating against their customers or unable to keep their system safe from hacking.

Someone could have hacked into the system and rewrote my reviews so they would be rejected, the whole system could be screwed up, or just an enemy behind Amazon's doors. I did notice that after Amazon got new owners the whole reviews system seemed screwed up online, with wrong product descriptions, reviews for several different items listed under 1 item, reviews just disappearing, etc., and you could not count on it for good reviews any longer, so that must be it.

Watch out if they reject your reviews even if you follow the guidelines and are giving good reviews, b/c Amazon is screwed up in that area somehow.
