I am a Prime member in Amazon. Even though Amazon is best in delivering quality products on time, I recently had a bad experience. I ordered 2 Kurtas for card on delivery on 30th June'17. I went to pick up my son from school when the delivery executive reached my place. As he called me, I asked him to wait for only 10 minutes.
But he insisted that he will come the next day. He came next day without the card swipe machine. I specifically opted for Card on delivery option. He said that he will come again but didn't turn up. Instead the kurtas went back to the seller after 2 days. How can the delivery executive's forget the card machine? It's a waste of time for the customer as well.
They should train them well in future.
