Shame Shame Amazon.IN is still using push cart service unlike their parent company. I would like you all to know the callous and unprofessional service of Amazon India( amazon.in) compared to Amazon USA, forget Amazon USA. They can't match even the Flipkart of India.
I had ordered couple of books on 31 st oct 2013, on Nov 2nd, I receive an mail, stating that "We regret to say that the courier has sent us an update stating that the orders were received by them in wet and undeliverable condition." Hence, this order will not be delivered to you.Please see the attachment for more details.
Can you believe the audacity of the company in telling their customers, when the whole payment is done.could it not be arranged to dispatch an other load. Unlike Flipkart who have their own warehouse, these guys carry books in a push cart to deliver the books, and if it rains.the customers lose. haha
These guys use individual sellers to sell their stuff on amazon India site, there's no reliability of that seller, the whole online buying seems fraudulent, as the genuineness of the product is not guaranteed.
Amazon India acts as an mediator between the buyer and the seller.and in my case, the seller before even delivering through his push cart, got the items wet.
So the motto is if it rains, amazon cries.
Amazon india is still in its infancy.when two smalls books have an issue when it rains, god helps if u buy any electronic goods from them.
