Below mentioned is the orginal complaint i logged with Amazon, Amit Agarwal CEO India and Jeff Amazon Head.. But didnt recieved any response yet !! It's been more than 10-20 days now !!
Dear Team,
I have been encountering all the kind of fraud that is occuring in Amazon India, I am a Prime and was proud customer but all this has made me realised that my thoughts were utterly wrong !!
Let me give you complete insight what happened to me over a period of 10-15 days.
First I ordered a product on 29th Aug that was Back Cover for my mobile phone and brand was Jkobi 360, Order # 403-6572371-0977903, I chose an option of COD and expected delivery was on 30th Aug... Courier guy called me I went to pick up my order.. He didn't had change of ? so he asked to give him ? in change however I said let me get it for you.. he shared parcel with other people who came to collect the parcel and told me that I will get it for you (He never handed over the product to me till now) and took his Activa and went off (Never came back). I waited for almost 20 odd min and then tried calling that same number but it went switched off, so I tried calling on helpline number but as usual there was long wait. So i disconnected the call and went into my office to complete off my pending work later on when I did complaint to your executive who was chatting on Amazon app he informed that as you have not picked up the call the order was sent back..I tried explaining him details but it was no helpful for me.. so I dropped my idea of getting that money return !!
Now again as my mobile was encountering some battery related issue so I ordered an battery worth ? on 2nd Oct whose order number is 403-8850347-0224328 but I got cheaper and with same warranty an battery nearby my location so I cancelled my product. And I was shown that my refund will be process within 3-5 days... Again I waited but didn't got any refund that was reason I chat with Paras and explain him both the situation he gave me assurance that I will get refund of both product within 3-5 days but again that was false commitment given to me, then I had a chat with Aravind he gave the same assurance but nothing happened this time I got mad and now for the last time I was chatting with this guy name Aditya and he was very bad in terms of serving a customer.. I am working with MNC for a period of 8-9 years now and I am on Manager position handling multiple clients but this kind of guys comes under ZTP catergory in terms of interacting with customers (I have attached few awesome words shared by him).. Today I recieved this product and the bill attached was of ? again courier guys took additional ? from me as the product cost has increased.. if you show the product price of ? how come it can increase so much !!
Now I want to return this arrange some one to pick it up 2mrw itself and give me all my refunds or else I wil go to consumer court and on social media and will share all the evidence that I am attaching for you guys !!
