One day my friend told me that amazon really suck at their service and I told him, “No you are wrong, they are just great!" But today I realize how wrong I was to defend you guys who don’t even understand the meaning of customer service.
I placed my order on 2 October(from a prime account) and was given a delivery date of 6 October. And to my surprise I received a message on 5 October(Image attached) from you guys saying “Arriving early your package will be delivered today itself”. That was a nice and a happy surprise, but I never expected what was coming for me. So the order never got delivered on 5 October. No worries I thought it will be delivered by 6 October, even that didn’t happen so I thought I should just go and check on your website what is exactly happening and there you guys have mentioned that you attempted a delivery but the customer was not there(Image attached). Kudos to you for that, if you are not able to deliver the product on time then you will mention that the customer was not available.
Story continues so I called them again and again and every time I get a new time sir 12 hours more, sir 24 hours more, sir 1 day more along with sir we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
Then I called you guys up on 8 October and I got the honor of talking to your best man Mr Aniket, he convinced me as if I am his girlfriend and I caught him cheating on me. I would just like to quote what he said
“Sir we are really sorry for the inconvenience caused, and we completely understand this is our fault and 4 Days delay is completely unjustified. We never work on Sundays but just to make sure that you get your order I will get my team to work on Sunday and get the order delivered to you by Sunday (9 October) EOD itself, plus I will make sure I will call back to assure that you have received the order.”
Who cannot fall for such lovely words and I did, waited entire Sunday and still nothing delivered. So I went to see that what excuse amazon has to give me now for the delay and I see in the tracking details “The customer requested the appointment to be rescheduled”. I have no words left to describe your awful service.
Although I know you guys just don’t care about the customer at all still here is the order Id for you to check the person responsible for this(Just in case you want to check).

I will make sure in future I will never buy anything from you, and even if I see anyone in my friend circle is buying stuff from you, I will surely warn him about the best customer service you guys have.
