My brother recently ordered a water bottle from amazon.com, he required it one to carry to his gym. He ordered the product and it was delivered perfectly in time.
When my mother recieved the parcel she did not check it. Later, when my brother opend the parcel and checked it he saw there was a small hole at the neck of the bottle. Immediatetly my brother complained at the site. Within two days the bottle was exchanged.
It was a good experience overall.
