Amazon.in is surely a good online store and provides quality products and customer service which cannot be denied, but regarding the payment process if u want to buy product from amazon it is better you pay after you get the product because the online payments and cancellation, refund of money system are not up to the level.Once I purchased Night vision glasses paying 3000 with net banking, I did not received the product even after 10 days I called amazon and they said the product have been returned to the seller, you will get your money back within two working days.
They even did not informed me about the returning of product also I got the money after 5 days. But speaking of quality, the quality of the products are good and delivery is done even before the given time.The customer service is good and the website and app is user friendly.Hence, amazon.in is a good shopping platform but get your products through Cash on Delivery.
