I have ordered several products from Amazon many times and always I got very bad service by delivery boy regarding receiving my order, let me tell you some incidents happened with me after ordering from Amazon.


1. I ordered curtains from Amazon and I got delivery time for one week and after one week when It was time to arrival of my order I waited the whole day for my parcel till night 9 pm but nobody has came from Amazon with parcel and then I checked the Amazon app for tracking my parcel then I shocked to see that my parcel has been cancelled because of not availability of customer and also not receiving call but the real thing was that I didn't get a single call or MSG for the delivery from Amazon. Then I called the Amazon service provider for asking about my parcel so they told me that you were not available that's why parcel got cancelled by delivery boy so I have to reorder the same item again. This was my first bad experience with Amazon.


2. The second incident happened when ordered a leather bag from Amazon and the same situation was created by delivery boy and he cancelled my order without informing me and without calling me. I gave feedback to the service providers of Amazon and they told me they will definitely escalate my issue seriously.


But see in next third incident what happened with me recently....


3. I recently ordered mixer grinder and OnePlus Buds 2 from Amazon and after 3 to 4 days I got my one parcel. After receiving my parcel I checked my parcel so there was a mixer grinder which I received but I got bill of my both items in mixer grinders box. So I checked on Amazon app that where has reached my second parcel so what I got to see update on Amazon app that my both parcel received but I got only one so I called customer care and she told me that there is showing that your both parcel arrived to you with same OTP and when I told her that I got only one then she told me that I will escalate this issue but it will take 72 hrs to resolve. So I have to wait for 3 days.


I am sure that I would not get my second parcel which was OnePlus Buds 2 worth rs 3000 and also I paid money by my credit card while ordering so I don't think I will get my earbuds back because surely its stolen by delivery boy. And still Amazon taking their delivery employees very lightly after getting so many reviews like me. I would surely stop using this third class app and also I blocked my ICICI Amazon card.


So guys please don't buy from Amazon if you are thinking to purchase an expensive items. And If possible don't do prepayment until and unless you got your parcel. And also please check the parcel in front of delivery boy that you got the same parcel or they gave you something else before sending them OTP. That's my humble request to all of you.
