Recently had a dreadful encounter with Amazon (Order ID: 404-8162518-1809942), and I feel compelled to share my experience on MouthShut to forewarn fellow consumers.
I purchased a product, but upon realizing its poor quality, I initiated a return following Amazon's procedures. Shockingly, despite their courier partner supposedly picking up the item, the return status mysteriously turned to "rejected." The blame?
Unbelievably, it's being placed squarely on me.
The customer service response has been nothing short of infuriating. Rather than acknowledging the issue, I've been treated as if I'm spinning a tale. As someone who has been a loyal Amazon customer, this level of disregard and dismissiveness is beyond disappointing.
I am not just frustrated; I am furious. This is the second time I've faced such a problem, and it raises serious questions about Amazon's commitment to customer satisfaction.
I implore Amazon to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and provide a fair resolution. My trust has been severely eroded, and I sincerely hope this review prompts Amazon to reevaluate its service quality.
