I had ordered many goods from Amazon.in ranging from small books, pendrives to even graphics card and printer.Whatever be the good, whatever be your choice of payment, whatever be your address they always make sure that the service provided to the buyer is excellent.I dont know about others but for me their service is always exceptional( better than flipkart) .
Also they deliver the ordered goods faster than those ordered from flipkart( or anywhere else) and also provide accurate tracking of the shipment with timely updates of its whereabouts.
Their site and app is simple and easy to navigate through but in this case flipkart leaps ahead with its great app as well as its website which is feature rich.
But overall Amazon.in seems to impress me than any other e-commerce platform with their lovely service.Hats off to them!
