AMAZON IS GOOD BUT THEIR DELIVERY........BAD. Review on Amazon

as we know we is amongest the largest e commerce sites, it is true that amazon provide all the product that we can ever imagine, there would be hardly any product that you will not find on the amazon, from hair till smart phones and all, yes amazon provide good products, and their customer service is bad from my experience, I have ordered a full package of the smart phone, tempered glass and the back cover as well but when time the delivery man of amazon came to me saying that your package has arrived I got there but I saw first I got the cover I asked him he said that I don't know I would personally would say that u should provide all the things that you show on the sites of yours as well as the application, and you should educate or get the amazon delivery man informed

and when the product quality that is mentioned down the product is what it will be same there is no difference you will get the product that you will recieve and one opinion I would give would be to check whether the customer center of the product is actually there or not,

and the delivery time as I mentioned earlier their delivery time is average I would say

app& websites

but their interface with the apps as well as the websites is also good, one who has gone to the e commerce sites would not face any problem shopping over there.

reliability I would say that as far as reliability is concerned yes you could relia on the amazon.in product quality wise, app& webites wise but their delivery time and their customer service they need to work on it.
