I have been using Amazon from last 4-5 months and there never had any problem with that.
But my last few orders left in dilemma whether to use Amazon again or not.
Customer service is the worst. I bought anti hairfall combo and they delivered all the wrong products and for that I called a thousand times but they didn't provide satisfactory services and said that the order was non returnable which left me agitated.
Product quality is alright but they sometimes deliver the wrong products which happened with me twice.
Delivery time of the product varies, sometimes it takes a whole week and sometimes more than that, in short the delivery of the product is never fast.
The application is comparatively slow than other e-commerce apps and also not good in presentation.
After my below par experience with Amazon I would suggest to rely on other apps.
