I have been staying in india since last 4 years and used multiply online services for shopping clothes, grocery, baby staff etc, but till the date I could not find any better than Amazon in its castome care and delivery timeline. Many use Flipkart as a online platform for shopping and so I did sometimes but always was back to Amazon. The best thing about this shopping app is its customer care service. Once I ordered Sri Emily pets cat litter sand which was delivered damaged as pack was torn and good quantity of sand was out of pack. Since the product was non refundable I have had no any hopes but I still tried for their cc service and surprisingly they immediately issued a refund of rs 399 and I could purchase another pack of litter sand. However I have switched for another brand since than. Else till pandemic happened the delivery timeline was usually 2 days for non prime users like me. In first weeks of lockdown while other online stores temporarily stopped new orders amazon still accepted new orders for essentials however delivery time took up to 2 weeks for non metro cities like mine( Kota, 324005) . Now in july 2020 again it takes 2-3 days to deliver producrs most of the time. Good thing that in current situation when many are stuck with incomes we can save some good amount purchasing from amazon pantry or general section. The most common things I purchase is baby diapers, baby wipes, baby powders, grocery and occasionally devices and clothes. Their offer for Mama bear diapers for rs 595( 62 pieces L size) and pack of 3 wipes littes for rs 185 used to save my monthly budget for not less than rs 1500 as if I buy diapers from store it costs me not less than rs 1050 for 62pcs and I need 2-3 pack per month and the best about it that amazon brand diapers are the way better than pampers or mamy poko. However there are still many sellers who sent fake items so its best to pay for genuine products I e dont hope for an item to be original if it offered in a very cheap price( except some deals on big sale dats or eoss) or else dont expect a very cheap item to be too good( shop at your own risk than) . I mostly trust to amazon brands as at least there are no issue with return, refunds or exchange. Reading review before purchasing is a good idea to not to be surprised with quality once item recieved. Else in filter option one may select desired star rating to shop only for items that have good rating in review ie 3 4 stars. Else there are so many offers for DTH recharge, mobile recharge, cashback offers for money transfer, QR payments etc but one should be careful to pay using pay UPI only to get cashback.
