With deep pain and anguish, I've to post here how a great company like "Amazon" delivery system, front-end customer care executive skills, and behavior deteriorated so much with time. It's unbelievable
(1) The above-mentioned sofa set which has to be delivered on 13/03/2023 has not been delivered but their tracking system shows delivered.
(2) On 13/03/2023 when I called their customer care they informed me that it'll be delivered by 9 pm.
Surprisingly I saw that on tracking it's showing 'delivered' and I immediately called their customer care and informed them how can delivery agent marked it as delivered when it hasn't been delivered.
He assured me that the status showing delivered will be rectified and the item will be delivered the next day(14/03/2023) by 12 pm
(3) On 14/03/2023 then again it has not been delivered nor any message or call regarding delivery I again called their customer care(Sandeep Kandwal) and he assured me that at any cost item will be delivered on 14/03/2023 and he'll call back with an update.
But sadly he didn't call, neither item was delivered and I had to take leave for receiving the items and my whole day was wasted.
(4) Again on 14/03/2023 I called their Customer Care at 4.10 pm(Madan), he assured me that the matter has been escalated to seniors and it happened due to 3rd party delivery agent(DHL) and at any cost on 15/03/2023 i.e. today it'll be delivered.
(5) Yet not any SMS, Call regarding delivery and it's showing delivered on tracking status. And the height of their audacity was when I called today their 2-executives repeating their words, not ready to listen to grievances, and abruptly cut the call saying that an investigation has been ordered and only by 19/03/2023 they can say anything.
I'm their a Prime & loyal member for a long and despite paying price in advance and facing such mental agony, I can't believe that Amazon will not train their executives to solve customer issues with satisfaction.
I often heard Bazoos saying that for him Customer is GOD and see here. Even they don't have any mail id where customer can send their grievances.
It's not only shocking but needs strong, exemplary, and strict action from your side to all concerned parties who committed such grave mistakes so that "Amazon" image & respectability shouldn't be dented.
I hope the matter will be resolved and the items will be delivered.
