I had engaged allied movers and packers - himanshu agarwal for my household transport from pune to bangalore. he had charged hefty amount of rs. 58000 including rs. 9000 for insurance. however, when I started asking copy for insurance, he started showing one or other reason and I am sure he never made it. then, he transported them in very bad condition and when we opened, we found lot of damages. one almirah complete broken, tv cabinet glasses broken making unusable, microwave/water purifier needed repairing, sofa legs broken making it unusable and tv display was gone. he got few items on his phone and left and some item damages we came to know only next day when we started using. then, he told us to wait for 7-10 days so he can claim from insurance - but I am sure he has never taken it and so, he has stopped responding completely. also during packing in pune, he had told me that some mathadis have come and we need to pay them extra else they will break our items - for that also, he took rs. 3500 from me when they had taken only rs. 1000 as I can see on their receipt. he made my life hell as I have got huge financial loss and my whole home is filled with broken/repaired items. we need to take him to task so he will not do such fraud with anybody else.
