Well, I have no hesitation in writing that this is a complete Scam Company. This company is systematically utilizing the loopholes in the legal system and scamming the employees, vendors as well as clients. Below is my detailed review. I hope my reviews will save many from getting exploited and scammed.
Firstly, advice to all the prospective candidates who are planning to join this company - Save yourself and do not join. Once you join, believe me in the name of God, you will not be paid any salary. In 3-6 months, you will be paid a petty amount as salary so that you just survive. You will end up stuck here, your money will be pending all the time and you would continue here in a hope that the company will pay you one day. But, that ''one day'' will never come. You will end up working here free of cost. Later, after few months when you realize that you have been cheated, you will try to get another job and once you have an offer letter from another company, this cheating company will negotiate to cancel your visa without paying you anything. If you don't believe me try to locate any ex-employee of this company and he will testify.
The important part is that during joining, they will make you sign the labour contract with a lower salary. Like, if you have negotiated AED 10,000, they will ask you to sign for AED 3000-4000 saying that putting higher salary will invite higher insurance costs which they want to avoid. They will convince you with sugary words and assure you that you will be paid as per the negotiated amount or as given in the offer letter(on their letterhead - which legally has no value). But at the end of the day, when you are leaving this company, you will not even make that 3-4k unless you go to court and sue them. Even if you win a court case, you will end up only getting 3-4k per month as against the AED 10k that you may have negotiated. So advise all, avoid these cheaters and don't join them. If you don't believe me, please locate someone who has previously worked here(not the one who is working here as many of them are from the owner's village or are related to them).
Above all, once you join, all the legal joining formalities will be very slow and many times will not be completed. Like, after getting an entry visa, your visa stamping will not be done, or your insurance will not be done. So in many cases, you will end up leaving the organization in 3-5 months while you are without a visa or insurance. And, then, you will also end up paying a fine.
These cheaters are misusing the loopholes in the legal system to their benefit. It is strange that government has till now(even after so many complaints and court cases) has not barred their license or put the owners behind the bar.
The funny part is that this company even goes to an extent of cheating their clients. They will show them beautiful pictures to get the contract. Later they will mess up with the contract and in a way try to hand twist clients and blackmail them in order to extract money. Subsequently, noticing their incompetency and intentions, if a client cancels the contract, this company goes ahead with demanding compensation for the loss which, in reality, has never occurred. So, a golden piece of advice to Client companies who are planning or will be approached by these thugs. Never, issue them any works. They are unreliable, thugs, and will put you in a tight spot.
