This service is worth my money, it is the sasta and tikau internet connection in my area. I live nearby Kolkata airport(South DumDum area) and I'm using Alliance Broadband Optical Fiber wifi internet service since last few months.
Connection- The connection is strong(fullbars) around 2-3mtr radius. My TV, laptop and 4more mobiles are connected at the same time. all works well. But if we close doors in rooms which are at the radius border, it does not work. lose bars.( Cut 1star for this)
Speed- The starter pack is 60MBPS. Which is good enough for domestic use or working from home. I can download 2GB movie in just 3-5minutes. Nice!
Installation service- They came just next day of application and are prompt to install wifi and established connection in just 1hour. For free.
Customer service- Alliance has an excellent website with phone numbers to reach them directly in Godspeed. Then they have instant recharge system online through the website.
Offers- Also they provide OTT offers with their recharge. Certain domestic packages have Amazon Prime, Zee5, Hotstar, SonyLiv, Hoichoi, Hungama, Addatimes subscription for free.
My view- This connection is worth money and reliable. I recommend this service.
