I have had a personal savings account with them. First of all they have the worst staff in their bank. They don't have a sense on how to talk to their customers. They don't have basic computer knowledge on how to restart the computer if some error has occured. They are not supportive and they just waste the time of customers. They shuts down their work before 15 minutes from lunch.
Phone Banking facility is average. We don't get instant messages like private banks. ATM's are there but they don't have enough cash in them and always in a damaged positions. Internet banking is poor. Customer Service is worst. Don't ever open any bank account in this bank. All the elderly peoples are working there and they seriously don't try to do any work. They just want their salary to come on time. They misbehave with customers, don't give proper solutions to their problem. Customer just roams around here and there everyday in the bank. I would not recommend anyone to open their bank accounts in this bank.
