I feel this review is:
Alberto Torresi is an Indian company which has some good Italian designed footwears in their portfolio. Overall product range looks quite attractive and no doubt should generate a great demand. Their site looks promising and a good piece of work. Still I believe there is lot of scope for the improvement. They don't have any trained customer care executive to handle the queries of the customers. Their site doesn't have any proper contact number. I had bad experience with their customer care. I ordered shoes on their site and after 3-4 days when I didn't receive any update on my order I called their customer support. They were not very much helpful and kept saying that they will update me soon. This continued till next week. Daily I would call them and they would say that they will update me by evening and through call. None of the things happened and after two weeks they said there were some issues due to which they will cancel my order and refund my money. Again I ordered during diwali and again same things kept on happening. At some point of time they said they had dispatched my order and will email me in the evening the AWB no. In the evening when I didn't get any mail or call I again called next day and I got same reply that there has been an issue and they will cancel the order and refund the money. Seeing all this I left a negative feedback on their facebook page and forgot. Almost after one and half month one of their customer care executive named Priyanka called me and started pressing me to take down the comment and pressed me to buy the shoes from them. I refused but they started to call me daily. Eventually I deleted the feedback and they stopped calling me. In total I had bad experience with them. Their customer service should be given some trainings and process should be implemented at their site to handle customer queries.
