Regional Treasure. Review on Akshardhara Book Gallery, Pune

I wanted to do a quick review on this place I visited called akshardhara which heart of pune city. If you are somebody who is avid reader like me and takes great pride and choice  in what you read this is the place for you . Now having said that akshardhara is bank of information and knowledge and only deals with Marathi literature .Right when you step inside you would realize that this is absolutely unique collection of books and by books they mean business .

Right from marathi novels to fiction to drama you would find everything and anything and I mean anything here if its in marathi. The books are categorically organized and labelled for easy searches and are well documented serial for easy availability . The staff is great ad helpful and would go to great lengths to help you find the book you are looking for. The place encourages you to read and you would find nice stools and sit-outs just so that you could glance or read through and get a better understanding of what you are looking for . The floor upstairs is something which requires special appreciation with the authentic and antique designs and setup with two huge sofas to make you feel at home while you read it .

I am sure you would walk out with a totaly diffrent perception and satisfied customer at this place . I liked the layout so lot that I took pictures so my family could experience what I did .All this with prompt service and followup incase a book is not available they would call you to let you know its available now
