Personally, I would say there is a lot of good helping staff at Akbar Travel I have seen many good-hearted people at Outside India.
I have approached them for my Malayasia Visa and I have applied through their Kochin Office. They have not submitted documents or required details improperly and our family visa got rejected without any reason and I have to spend extra to get the visa on an emergency base. While I try to understand the visa rejection reason on the 1st call itself I understood that there is no coordination between their Teams. It's just a blame game between them.
Along with this visa, I have taken Tour Package from them, they will share the travel itinerary at last moment only even though we asked initially as well, so we don't have many options left. Their price will keep varying from the intiail package to till last package what we will be travelling. They don't check the hotels condition or place condition or even our health condition even though we request them to consider these things.
Any travel agency tries to reduce the burden on day 1 but they will make us maximum trouble condition. For us day 1 it was very much hectic. They arranged our visa just 1 hour before we started to move to the airport, because all these problems mainly visa we have not taken any rest and any travel agency try to create a comfortable journey to their customers but they will ensure that at noon 12 PM you will be under the sun and morning and evening you will be at peaceful place were there is AC or roof available.
When we complain about the hotel's condition they will try to convince us and ask to make the things to do the needful and complaint against the hotel. When we tell them, you guys only arranged the hotel then it's your responsibility as well, still they will try to find excuses and finally we need to fight to get it happen.
Any scheduled tour their agents will directly contact us and inform that tour is cancelled due to non availability and they will push us to make full payment. When we call travel agency they are not at all aware of these things then it's our responsibility to update all their stakeholders and finally we will get multiple answers and will confuse us till the last moment. Some people will say it's cancelled and some people will say it's happening. End of the day we are struggling.
I have seen such a behaviour from them every time. It's worst experience.
No professional approach.
Lastly, I agreed to pay them extra amount for visa, and visa got cancelled because of their mistake only. Still, I agreed to pay them some amount.
Due to their mistakes, I hold this payment during the tour time I hold this payment since this was the last option for me to get the service from them.
Their Kochin Branch Manager started to threaten me during my trip and he mentioned that he will make the payment and he will directly deal with me. I don't understand how a manager or just employee can make the payment directly to their financial team and start threatening the customer. He/She is just an employee of an organization and as a customer, I don't have any personal relationship with them. So before approaching them, please think 100 Times.
I am writing these notes after making the complaint in a detailed manner to their team its more than a week but still, I have not received any response from them.
Their customer relationship team has forwarded my complaint to the same person whom I have raised the concerns.
I don't understand how an organization will act like that.
